How to select the appropriate installation version?
- macOS: Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner > About This Mac to check the chip type (Apple/Intel), then download the matching installer.
- Windows: No chip distinction required. Compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11; simply download the corresponding version.
Solutions for installation failures
- Verify the installer matches your operating system; re-download if mismatched.
- If the version is correct: re-download corrupted files, ensure sufficient disk space, and close resource-heavy background programs. Run the installer as administrator (Windows) or allow installation permissions (macOS).
- Troubleshooting when installer fails to launch:
- macOS: For unrecognized developer prompts, enable access in Privacy & Security. Reinstall via official sources if the file is damaged.
- Windows: Select "Run anyway" on system protection prompts. Clear browser cache and re-download with a stable network for corrupted installers.
Resolution for insufficient disk space alerts
Free up storage by clearing system junk and uninstalling unused software. If the issue persists with enough space, change the installation path and retry.
Fixes for stuck installation progress
Close the installer and resource-intensive software, then restart the installation with proper permissions. If the problem continues, delete residual files and re-download the installer.
I can't find KroWork after installing.
- macOS: Open Launchpad, or go to Finder > Applications.
- Windows: Check the Start menu, or locate the executable file to create a desktop shortcut.
