Troubleshooting Guide
Why won't KroWork open?
This issue is usually related to operating system compatibility, installation conflicts, or local environment configuration problems.
Recommended solutions:
- Restart your computer and relaunch KroWork.
- Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of KroWork.
- Ensure your operating system version is supported.
- For Windows users, make sure a default browser is configured.
- Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software during installation.
Why does KroWork fail during initialization?
Initialization failures are commonly caused by unstable network connections, corrupted local cache files, or incomplete updates.
You can try:
- Checking whether your internet connection is stable.
- Fully quitting and reopening KroWork.
- Clearing local cache files and reinstalling the latest version.
- Temporarily disabling VPN or proxy services.
Some macOS Intel devices may experience initialization issues due to system compatibility. Please try upgrading to the latest system version and restart KroWork.
Why can't I log in or complete browser authentication?
On some Windows devices, KroWork may fail to open the browser authentication page if no default browser is configured.
Recommended solutions:
- Set Chrome, Edge, or another browser as your system default browser.
- Upgrade to the latest version of KroWork.
- Restart the application and try logging in again.
Known issue example: Windows login error
0x800401F5.This issue usually occurs when the system default browser is not configured correctly, browser authorization fails, or system permissions are restricted. In most cases, resetting the default browser and restarting KroWork will resolve the issue.
Why are image tasks or automation workflows failing?
Complex automation workflows or image-generation instructions may occasionally fail due to model load, unstable execution environments, or temporary service interruptions.
You can try:
- Simplifying the task prompt.
- Retrying the workflow after several minutes.
- Avoiding multiple high-load tasks at the same time.
- Temporarily switching to another available AI model.
If the issue continues, please provide screenshots and reproduction steps when contacting support.
Why is my credit balance incorrect or running out too fast?
In some cases, model optimization or backend synchronization delays may temporarily affect credit calculation accuracy.
If you notice abnormal credit usage:
- Refresh your account information and check again.
- Verify which AI model was being used.
- Review whether the task involved long-context or image-generation requests.
- Contact support with screenshots and usage details.
Some credit calculation issues from earlier versions have been resolved. Please make sure you're on the latest version of KroWork.
Why does the KroWork interface display incorrectly?
Certain screen resolutions or system scaling settings may cause UI layout issues.
Temporary solutions include:
- Lowering system display scaling.
- Increasing screen resolution.
- Restarting KroWork after adjusting display settings.
Our development team is continuously improving UI compatibility across devices.
